Contact messages

We use emailed enquiries to respond and manage correspondence. When enabled, the contact form collects name, email, optional subject and message. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive documents.

Our intended lawful basis for ordinary enquiries is legitimate interests in responding and maintaining the site. Correspondence is retained for up to 12 months unless an unresolved matter or legal obligation requires longer.

Hosting and spam prevention

The site is designed for Cloudflare hosting. When configured, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and a mail service to forward messages. Cloudflare is a service provider and processor for relevant hosting and form operations. The page provides an email fallback when form configuration is unavailable.

Tools and browser storage

The tools run in your browser. Answers are not submitted to us or stored as a user profile. Consent preferences may be stored locally as described in Cookies. No analytics property is configured for the initial build.

Your choices

Email to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence. We may need information to identify the relevant message. You may raise a data protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

The operator's legal identity and address require confirmation before public launch.
